Design & Refine
We research, curate, and build a personalized proposal based on everything we discussed. Hotels, tours, cruises, transfers, pacing — it all comes together intentionally.

You’ll review the plan, and we’ll adjust as needed. Sometimes it’s a small tweak. Sometimes a bigger pivot. We refine until it feels right.

Confirm & Prepare
Once approved, we handle the reservations, confirmations, and coordination behind the scenes. You’ll receive organized travel details and access to your itinerary through the Tern for Travelers app so everything is in one place.

Before you depart, we make sure you feel prepared and confident. During travel, you have professional support if anything unexpected comes up.
Ways We Can Work Together
Every traveler plans differently. Whether you prefer full-service planning or simply need help securing the right accommodations, we offer several ways to support your journey.
Custom Itinerary + Booking
$250 for 1–7 day trips (1–5 travelers)
$500 for 8–14 day trips (1–5 travelers)
Trips beyond 14 days or with more than 5 travelers may incur additional planning fees.

A fully customized, door-to-door itinerary thoughtfully designed around your travel style, preferences, and priorities. From accommodations and experiences to logistics and reservations, every detail is coordinated to create a seamless travel experience.

This service includes itinerary design and booking for:

• Transportation (excluding flights)
• Tours & Activities
• Reservations
• Ticketed Experiences

$150 for 1–7 day trips (1–5 travelers)
$250 for 8–14 day trips (1–5 travelers)
Trips beyond 14 days or with more than 5 travelers may incur additional planning fees.

A well-researched destination guide and thoughtfully curated itinerary built around your preferences. This option is ideal for travelers who have a general idea of where they want to go but would benefit from expert recommendations and professional booking support.

This service includes:
• Accommodation recommendations and booking (with available perks)
• Transportation arrangements (excluding flights)
• Select tours and activities
• Destination guidance and itinerary organization

You’ll receive a clear itinerary and organized travel details so everything is easy to follow throughout your trip.
