A hurricane hit while we were in FL & Kim called everyday to be sure we had everything we needed & worked directly with the hotel to be sure we could stay and took care of getting us the first flight available home afterwards. She relieved so much of our worry & stress. Even my husband had a blast. He doesn’t like to travel.
